    Default Unable to view internet videos etc

    For about a month (6 weeks?) now I have suddenly been unable to
    view any online videos ie news or for eg miniclip games. These were working fine, and just suddenly stopped. I presume it is becasue of an update. When i shutdown ZA completely I can view them. I tried to reinstall Adobe, but am apparently not allowed on these pages either- and Error 404/403 pops up. Only when I again shutdown ZA completely, can I do this. I have an Intel Celeron board and not Pentium - could this be the problem?

    Hi!
    go to ZA privacy control and turn OFF cookies, adblocking and Mobile control.
    Does it work now?

    Thanks for replying- they are already off. Still not working. I tried turning off the firewall and antivirus, but it still wouldn't work until i actually shut the whule thing down.

    Hi!

    next step is to reset the ZA database... this way:

    1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
    2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
    3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
    4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
    5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
    6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

    But it would be better to clean install:

    Remove ZA with the /clean switch, see here:

    ** remember to remove the folders specified at the end of the document and keep note of you license.

    Reinstall, Download the installer from here:

    Hi FaxI tried the reset, and it worked. It
    first showed the video picture. I was told i needed to download Flash in order to be able to view it. When I tried this before it wouldn't let me onto this page, saying i was forbidden! This time it went on with no problems.THanks very much

    You're welcome!
    The reset will also wipe out network configuration at install.
    Whenever you have time do a clean install...
