    Default Log Me In

Im using the latest version of the ZA security suite. I use a remote control software called Log Me In to connect to my PC when im away. However, im having the issue where I cant click on ZA warnings when im remote controlling the PC. I opened ZA and looked for "protect ZA client" and "allow remote control access" but i cant find it. Can anyone tell me the fix for this? I know the fix for earlier versions but not this one.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    Hi!
Usually its enough to give the remote software and any other related executable "Super Trusted Permission" (three green bars) in the ZA program control (on both systems).

If you are not able to do that or it seems not working than see here:

You have to uncheck "protect ZA client" otherwise you can't click on the ZA prompt windows. I've used LogMeIn Free for the last couple years now on a few of my machines. This is what LogMeIn Support told me to do. Unchecking protect za client and you'll be able to click on the warnings.

yes, but this option is not available in ZASS only in ZA free.
Not sure why, but it is like this.
