I need a little help troubleshooting my renewal process, please!
My ZA will expire in 3 days and I have tried repeatedly to renew but each time, the ZA web page reads as follows..."The System is temporarily unavailable, try again" (or words to that effect)

I have reset my password as well as resent my entire registration name and address but, for 2 weeks now, no success. Its beginning to look like I'll have to go to the store and buy a brand new ZA program, which, I don't feel like doing.

Now, I'm wondering, have I overused my email address by attempting to renew so many times? Should I try an alternate?
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
