    Angry [Solved] Unable to Renew ZA Subscription

    Happy New Year!
    I need a little help troubleshooting my renewal process, please!
    My ZA will expire in 3 days and I have tried repeatedly to renew but each time, the ZA web page reads as follows..."The System is temporarily unavailable, try again" (or words to that effect)

    I have reset my password as well as resent my entire registration name and address but, for 2 weeks now, no success. Its beginning to look like I'll have to go to the store and buy a brand new ZA program, which, I don't feel like doing.

    Now, I'm wondering, have I overused my email address by attempting to renew so many times? Should I try an alternate?
    Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Your link works fine, however, I am still unable to process the order since, each time I try to "Log In" using my email address and password, I become "stalled" at the next page with the same error statement. My "issue" seems to be the log on process. And, even when I try resending all fresh identifying data to re-register, I am unable to be recognized.



    Its probably something ridiculously easy that I'm not doing correctly. Might be best to call ZA during business hours and get step by step directions!

    Hi!probably your ZA with corrupted settings is making the process impossible.Just shut it down before and see if it makes any difference.Otherwise contact directly ZA as you suggest.Cheers,Fax

    Thanks for the link. I've been trying since 12/30 to renew. I didn't have any problems renewing this time.

    Why the error page though? I can't view anything in the "new store" site.
