    Default Malware Removal Tool Downloads Blocked

    I've been reading through the malware removal tool section and have attempted to download some, but ZA delivers a 404 or forbidden message. How to get past this issue?Thanks,Christine

    1.) 404 or forbidden message - this is usually displayed by the WEB-SITE Server, to let you know, a.) the Site was Too Busy when you tried to display that Web-page, (Try again later) or b.) your Browser times out before the Web-Page could be downloaded to your Internet Temporary Folder..2.) solution.. Clean or clear out your Cashe and Temp files.. Empty your Recyclwe Bin and try again..3.) try these Web-links..NOTE: the steps below works only if you are on the latest versions of ZA (7.0.470.000 or later). If you are not, please update.

    5. Run a full ZA AV/AS scan;
    5. Reboot in Normal Mode
