    Default trial popup

    i got the trial pop up thingy saying my ZA was over (trial) which it isn't, people said you have to uninstall and reinstall. but i don't know my old reg. key! is it safe to do this?

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    wait sorry, i reinstalled it, but when i clicked zone alarm, the message still came up! i reinstalled it twice and the same thing happened help!!!

    This is the third time it's happened to me: licensed version decides that it's a "15 day trial" and won't accept my license key.

    I've used ZoneAlarm Internet Security for almost two years, and this kind of problem gets boring real quick.

    When my license is up, I'll be looking for a different firewall/security package unless ZoneLabs makes some very convincing arguments that they've fixed the problem.
