    Default ZA Installation chokes

Greetings! I was prompted to update my (free) ZA version while I was adding the Shockwave add-on to Firefox. I waited until I had finished the add-on installation and then grabbed the ZA files for the upgrade. The install process choked at about 25% complete on a dll file named something like 'zlquarentine'. After rebooting my XP machine I noticed a Norton AV install icon on my desktop. I used the 'uninstall' function of 'control panel' to get rid of it. It must have come along with the Shockwave download, I guess. I attempted the ZL install a couple more times with similar results, A couple of times the install returned an error message advising me that I didn't have administrator rights. I miss my ZA! Can anybody help?

Try booting into safe mode and installing it from there.
