    Default License Key Issue

    I purchased Zone Alarm Security Suite at Office Depot on Saturday.
    I installed it today onto a WinVista Home Premium laptop and the license key is not being accepted.
    The version of ZA that I bought is good for installation on three computers.
    This is the first computer install for this purchase.
    I have re-entered the license key four times and have even replaced "I" with "1" in case that was the issue.
    The "0" on the license key has a slash through it so I know that it is not an "O".
    Any suggestions will be welcome and appreciated.
    I know that I am not going to pay for tech support from ZA especially since I cannot get past the license issue.Thanks!

    I found out what my issue was and it was self-inflicted and has been corrected.
