OK, I've now spent 2 hours last night and 2 hours this morning trying to get Zonealarm to let me use my internet connection following an upgrade that it's so helpfully done recently.
I'm using Windows XP and have turned Zonealarm off to check that it's definitely Zonealarm causing the problem, and guess what , I'm here!
When I've gone into Troubleshooter Zonealarm tells me to "make sure my browser has access"??? What does that mean!!!
How do I do it!!!
HELP!!!!
