I've been using ZAPro for years, and upgraded to SS early this year.
First my ZASS downgraded itself to Pro (I'm subscribed until well into 2008),
and I didn't get around to trying to fix it.
Then a couple of weeks later ZA told me that my free trial had expired, so I tried to input my license key (copied and pasted from my account), but it wouldn't accept it.
Then I tried to uninstall and reinstall from my backup disc.
The reinstall would not work, the error message was 'unable to log into tru vecor' and something about shutting it down.
After looking on here I followed the instructions for a clean uninstall, deleting files and amending the registry, and afterwards the software did reinstall, but it wouldn't work;
'tru vector has encountered a problem and has to close'.
This completely froze my computer.
I've booted into safe mode and uninstalled the programme again, so now my computer works, but attempting to reinstall brings me back to 'unable to log into tru vector'.
