I have the same problem as drhoudini below....... I just renewed my subscription for Internet Security Suite online after receiving a
that it was expiring in 3 days.
After paying for it and
the download, I tried to install the new license key (using the copy and paste method).
In the License Information/Change Key window, I received the message "Your license key was successfully installed."
However, beneath the new license key, it says, "This trial expires in 2 days."
Then, when I close that window and go back to Product Info, the license key has reverted to the old one.
BUT, under Support and Update Information, it
says that the "Product update service expires in 367 days."
I have tried this several times with the same results.
