Default Upgrade to ZASS 70.462.000 - vsutil.dll error

I have downloaded the installer file from the site using Get Right as a segmented download.
When I try to run it I get two errors:

Could not load the DLL library
    C:\DOCUM~1\XXXXXXX\LOCALS~1\Temp\112907101049\vsut il.dll (WSEDbgPrint).
The specified procedure could not be found.

Could not load the DLL library
    C:\DOCUM~1\XXXXXXX\LOCALS~1\Temp\112907101049\vsut il.dll (VSSetProtection).
The specified procedure could not be found.

When I go to that folder it contains:

    Fbl.dll

    Featuremap.dll

    vsavpro.dll

    vsdata.dll

    vsdb.dll

    vsinit.dll

    vsutil.dll

I have this problem before with a previous
upgrade and so I went through the procedure for a clean install, including cleaning the registry and all ZA folders and files,
    all to no avail.
    The same error appears.
Being on dialup with a slow connection, I am reluctant to download the entire file again unless it is absolutely necessary.

I am not running any other firewall or anitvirus/antispyware programmes and have been running Ver 70.337.000 for months now with few problems other than the very occasional hang after a scan.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Welcome to the Forum!

Are you using any type of "Web Download Accelerators" or "Download Managers"? If you are, PLEASE turn them off, as they will cause problems downloading with Zone Alarm. Also, PLEASE use Internet Explorer as your browser for downloading ZA.

Thank you for your time and have a great day or evening!

    Thank you Slyfox.
Yes, Get Right is a segmented download accelerator and the first time I downloaded the update I did it using this programme.
It was this file that generated the error.

I have now downloaded a second version using good old IE7.
It ran flawlessly, installing over my previous version of ZASS without the need for a clean install.

Thank you for the help with this.

    Ian.

Slyfox, I have the same message but the same 'fix' does not work.
I have tried a direct downlaod and install and a download folowed by an install - no dice.
I have tackled the problem several times but the same problem arises.
