    Default Upgrade won't install

    I am trying to upgrade the free version which I have used for years with no problems upgrading. All of a sudden I get a message that says "Setup is unable to log into the True Vector service. Use the Service Manager to shut downs the True Vector service." Then, apparently it can continue the installation. What is the True Vector Service, What is the Service Manager and how do I get to it to shut it down? Thanks

    Thanks for your response. After reading some realted messages, I decided to try just installing my current version and re-intalliong from the web site all over again and it worked just fine.I have no conflicting programs to cause any problems so everything's fine so far.
