Like many others, I upgraded to 7.0.470.000. Like many others, I ran into problems. True Vector kept shutting down, which shut down my Internet connection as well. Instant support told me to do a clean install. I printed out the instructions, followed them and voila! ZoneAlarm was working again. Except now it thinks it is a trial license. Instant support tells me to do a clean install. Isn't that what got me here to begin with? How do I get out of this conundrum?
My subscription either expires in about 30 days or already has expired (before the install ZoneAlarm said 30-some days, an e-mail said it had expired already), which means I've got to shell out $35 anyway. I'm thinking about ditching ZoneAlarm for something else because of the headaches.
