Chances are you had a popup asking for some kind of access, and you denied it. The best way to fix this is to delete the folder named "internet logs" and then reinstall ZA. This will have the effect of resetting the settings DB. One other thing that could have happened, is if there were a large number of inbound attempts to get thru the firewall. When this happens ZA locks down the internet connection letting nothing thru in either direction. This is a feature meant to make sure your computer is protected even if you get DDOS'ed.
