    Default Zclient failed to load because libeav32_0.9.61.dll was not found

    I have a fresh install of ZASS 7.1.248 running on an HP laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium.
    When I start the computer, I get a dialoge that tells me that zclient.exe failed to initialize because libeav32_0.9.61.dll was not found, and that perhaps re-installing will solve the problem.
    I've done a repair reinstall (upgrade) and this has not changed.
    Additionally, The Z icon in the system tray shows that an update is running, and in the AV/Spyware Main tab, the choice to perform a scan and to update are grayed out.
    Any ideas about this issue?

    I have to add one fact, after clicking the dialog away, ZASS shows
    "All Systems Active"
