Default System doesn't boot after upgrade

    Hi,

I just attempted to upgrade ZoneAlarm 7.046 to the lastest release and now Windows XP will not boot. Everything appeared to go smoothly with the installation upgrade and there weren't any signs of trouble. I selected the "ok" prompt to reboot the computer and that was the last time I had access to my user account. When booting the windows graphic is displayed for a while and then a blue screen with some text briefly flashes
and then it reboots. When I
boot the computer in Safe Mode the system hangs while loading TDI.sys. I've
    started the system in
recover console and run CHKDSK /R to insure there
was no corruption with the file system. I then copied TDI.sys from %WINDOWS%\ServicePackFiles\i386\drivers to %WINDOWS%\System32\drivers and then rebooted the computer; however, no change.

Any suggestions for getting me back to the original instance of Win
    XP?
