Default 7.0.740 installation problem I think

    I have
    Zone Labs Security
Suite which I installed last October. Today,
after being promoted to do so, I installed an "upgrade" to the program.
I did not download and save the upgrade, but had it run directly upon downloading. After downloading, during the installation
process I received two error message about a True Vector Service not being able to access some zone, but the process finished and I rebooted the computer. When the computer restarted, I received a Windows based message error message about there being no virus protection running.
    In addition,
    the Zone Labs security
center icon no longer appears in the bottom right of the screen.
I treid to open the Zone Labs program to see what is going on, but the program does not open. I treid reinstalling the program I downloaded last October, but it stops soon after starting by saying that it canot access the True Vector Service Manager or something like that.
    Did I downlaod a bogus
or fake "upgrade"? Or did Zone
Alarm release an upgrade for XP users recently.
What can I do to restore Zone Alarm Secutiry Suite?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Dean

    Hi!
your OS does not release the necessary files to permit the update and now ZA is corrupted.

First remove your current ZA following this instructions:
    http://www2.nohold.net/noHoldCust542...n_install.html

Then install the new upgrade you can find here:
    www.zonealarm.com/zasuitedownload/

    Cheers,
