Default intermediate problems with the hot fixed ZA Pro

I am having intermediate problems with the hot fixed ZA Pro. I use hibernation on the laptop, some times ZA is finding a new network on restarting, some just starts once it went back to blocking every thing! I rebooted and it was OK, hibernated and then reloaded, again OK. But something s not right.

I did an upgrade which appeared to go with no problem.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

Hi!probably the ZA settings got corrupted during the upgrade or already incorrect at the time of the install.Have you tried to reset them? This way:1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootCheers,Fax

Thanks did that and its gone from problenm to worse! I see on latter posts others have my new problem, ZA when opend runns at 100cpu. The only way is taskmanager to close it. I would do a cleen uninstall ect but am worried there are basic problems with this new version. Hopfully some one will fix the fixed version by the time I come back from a few days away!
