    Default Has Anyone Figured Out The Problem With The Latest Upgrade?

    I am in the same boat as everyone else,
    the True Vector problem, shuts down ZA, then lose all Internet access.
    Is there a solution?
    All I see is complaint after complaint (like this one), but no answers.
    Does anyone from the company read these?
    Just curious.
    I had to downgrade to the previous version.

    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    this forum is not monitored by ZA staff we are all users here.
    As for any upgrade there a small % of users having problems with the installation.

    Most of the times is due to the OS/other software not releasing the files for the upgrade inducing incomplete installation or corrupted settings at install of the upgrade.

    You should contact ZA technical support and report them the issue: www.zonealarm.com/tsform
    The service is free for licensed users of ZA products.

    If you already searched the forum for similar problem you should also have found solutions to it, including the reset of the settings or the clean install of ZA.
