I recently installed the latest version of ZoneAlarm Pro.
When the program opens up, one of two things happens.
If the startup page of the software says the program is fully functional, this page locks up and does not function.
If the program opens up and is functional, I receive the status message stating "System Error-Please Reboot."
When I reboot my computer, this does not solve the problem.
I am using Windows XP-SP2 (2002) as my platform.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
