I just downloaded the newest version of ZA on my moms computer and now I can't get online even tho the internet
connection is active.
I am also having the exact same problem with my computer at a different residence.
I'm not sure if it is that ZA is blocking me or if there is an interference with XP SP3 (which I also just updated to)
or Groove (part of office 2007).
Everything was running smoothly untill I updated ZA tho which makes be think that it is something with ZA.
I am pretty computer savvy.
I've tried a system restore, re-install (upgrade AND clean) of the updated ZA, reset all the settings to "defalt"...................
I am going to try uninstalling it all together and then rebooting and reinstalling and see if that does the trick.
Or system restore back to yesterday (instead of a few hours ago).
Ahhhhh so frustrating.
I've been trying to solve this problem for a few hours now.
Can anyone help??
