I installed ZA Internet Security Suite (from a disk, followed by updates) on 6/29/08 on a Vista Home Premium (with automatic updates enabled) system. Windows Firewall is turned OFF. System had Norton Internet Security, which was uninstalled before ZA install. BSODs began soon after installation and occur several times a day while browsing the internet.
The BSOD is wavy and nearly unreadable, but the error appears to be DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I looked at the forum entries for this error and tried to apply the fixes with no success. I have tried to contact Tech Support, but I receive no automated response at my regular email or at a new Hotmail account I set up.
