Default Hotfix KB943232 for new update

Went to install the new update and up pops this window saying:

"Your computer needs a window xp service pack hotfix before you can install this versionof ZoneAlarm Security Suite. Please get hotfix KB943232 from the site shown below. etc."

Then it directs me to : ""

Well, that webpage has no download for this and I cannot find it when I looked at Microsoft update website. Where in the heck can I get this Hotfix. I pay big bucks, in my opnion, for this ZA suite and if I am missing something they should at least give me a place to download it and not just point me to the website which does not offer a download.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
