    ZoneAlarm Client has stopped working
    I have a new laptop with Vista and when I download and install ZASS 7.1.254.000, I get the message "ZoneAlarm Client has stopped working"Internet connection gets lostI've used CCleaner and followed instructions http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...ssage.id=77735Then reinstalled ZASS 7.1.254.0 and got the same message again "ZoneAlarm Client has stopped working"

    Also, I have a license for XP version of ZASS (other computer died, now have laptop with vista) can I still use this license???

    Various websites were not loading (full permissions granted) and browser buttons would only work ONCE.
    -Buttons that I know that stopped working (internet explorer 7.0.6001.18000) home page button with house (would not allow me to change home page - this also happened using the Tools / Internet Options - Home page kept reverting back to original installed home page.
    Page button and Tools button would only work once.
    After shutting down ZA buttons worked and was able to change Home page.
    I then did a clean unintall and currently am running ZASS 7.1.254.000TrueVector 7.1.254.000
    There is no Site List.
    -Am I using the wrong product?
    Running Vista on Acer Laptop.
    - I want the full ZASS version (paid)...please help.

    Hi!
    two possible issues, if you have problem loading web pages turn OFF cookie control, adblocking and mobile code control in the ZA privacy tab (these are OFF by default on new installs).

    Second issue with Internet Explorer: ensure Internet Explorer has Super Trusted Permissions (three green bars) under the ZA program control (program list). Did you modify any program control settings?

    Try to keep ZA to its defaults, do not modify settings unless you know exactly what you are doing.

    If you want to install ZA 8 please remove 7.1 completely.
    You will be sure there are no issue due to the upgrade.

    You wrote: "There is no site list". Site list is only present in version 8.

    You may want to wait to update to version 8 up to when you will be notified by the automatic update function integrated in ZA 7.1. A new bug fix release will be issued in the following weeks.

    P.S. ZASS 8 does not play nice with many overlapping security tools like spyware doctor, spyspweeper, adware, SpybotS&D, Trojan Hunter, other antivirus, other antipsyware (except windows defender).

    Fax, it was version 8 that was causing all the problems then I downgraded to 7.1 and noticed there was no site list.
    Oh and I do know what I am doing...I like keeping high settings and once I know ZASS is working correctly I will test it with pcflank.
    Complete stealth is what I want and constantly use ccleaner.

    Sorry, no idea when new ZA version will be released. ZAlabs never communicate release dates.

    Yes, High settings is good but just one wrong setting is enough to kill your system.
    This is why ZASS comes with an AUTOLEARN feature in the first 20 days of work, to learn your system and avoid misconfiguration.

    Site list is not present in version 7. Only in version 8
