Default How to undo zone alarm deny?

    To All,
Please help, I am new to zone alarm and recently upgraded to the new security patch and was asked whether to allow or deny Microsoft the ability to track my keystrokes.
Not thinking about local cookies or internet history I hit deny.
Now I cannot clear history or add-on's.
I go through Tools and internet options and click to clear but nothing happens.
How do I find out what my last denial was and undo it?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

You probably clicked deny for Internet Explorer browser which needs to monitor keystrokes for internet history, etc.
You can undo your deny by:Before you make any changes to zone alarm close out Internet Explorergo to Program ControlFind Internet Explorer in program listHighlight Internet Explorer and right click and RemoveGo back and open internet explorer browser and ZA should prompt you and choose Allow
