Installed ZASS8 on desktop HP with XP connected to internet via Wild Blue satellite, Had many times that we could not get connected, thought it was Wild Blue's problem so contacted tech service and was told my tria was blown, $117 service call and they un-installed the ZASS 8 and we have had good connections. Only problem, we are un-protected.

Has anyone been able to run ZASS 8 using Wild Blue without getting "unable to connect" or "connection timed out" error messages? If so, what did you do?
