I tried to update to ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite 8.0.059.000 today. Just after the zaSuiteSetup launches, a message reading
"Could not locate the DLL library
Tis application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
I looked on message boards and found a procedure (enter Safe Mode, uninstall ZA, delete Internet Logs, delete stuff from System 32 folder, etc.), restarted and tried downloading the update and reinstalling again. I used IE6 (I had IE7 and hated it, so downgraded back to IE6) to download the setup files. I've tried this from my account and the administrator account = same result.
I then tried to restore my computer to an earlier date and that seemed to reinstall ZA but I could not get it to launch.
