    Default KB943232 hotfix

    I have Windows XP Pro sp2 on a dell laptop.
    I run Zone Alarm 7 security suite

    When I go to download the new ZA, I get the message that I need the KB943232 hotfix. No matter how many webpages ZA sends me to; to obtain this hotfix, None actually let me download the darn file!

    I requested this KB943232 hotfix from Microsoft which sent me an email link to download the hotfix.... Unfortunatly, I get an error message that the webpage cannot be found.

    Now what?
    Can I continue to use ZA 7. Does ZA 7 continue to update itself as far as virus and spyware?

    If I am safe enough with version 7, I will keep it until my subscription runs out and then go to **bleep** if they can't get a resolution to this problem.

    just install the latest MS patches on your system (i.e. the Service Pack 3) and you will able to install the latest version of ZA.

    Tech Chat (ZA) gave me this link. I downloaded it but have not yet installed it.
