Thread: Printer Problem with ZA 8.0

    Default Printer Problem with ZA 8.0

    Ever since I installed ZA 8.0 my HP Photosmart printer will not print.
    The only way I can use that printer is to shutdown ZoneAlarm.


    Additionally, as the printer is set to initialize on startup the harddisk just sits and churns for about 15 minutes.
    At first I thought I had a printer problem so I uninstalled/reinstalled the printer.
    It is not the printer:
    It is some interaction between ZoneAlarm and the printer.
    Does anyone have any idea why this may be so?

    Software Version:8.0
