What a nightmareX-(


I have an Acer with Empowering Technology. The first problem comes at StartUp with message:
























ZLCLIENT.exe Unable to Locate Component. This application failed to start because VSPUBAPL.dll was not found. Re-Installing may fix problem.It didn't.
I decided to throw in the towel and
Uninstall only to get a:
























TrueVector was not able to stop TrueVector software service ...so now I can't even get this snakebite off my computer.

Any assistance would be appreciated. I've filled out the form but they say it might take 3-4 days to answer. That's quite a while to be hanging out there with no protection.
