Default Updating

I get a error message when updating.
Validation failed for \UpdClient.exe you are probably missing a necessary root certificate.

Please advise.

Try a database reset first...
1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot
Also check in ZA program control
for 'ZA UpdClient.exe' has three green bars and two green checks for Access.

See if you can go direct to step 2. If that doesn't work proceed to full steps. Click here for more info for installing - follow tips and guidelines >
:8}NaiveMelody NYC 11-18-08 - XXX TTT CCC - Quan TYZ

Thanks for fast reply!
The ctrl+shift while right clicking to get a reset option did the trick.
