    Default Internet Lock not functioning properly

    I am running XP SP3 with ZA Security Suite
    I have used the internet lock feature
    many, many times in the past and I have always
    been able to get
    the internet
    when I disengaged it.
    However, after I upgraded to version of ZA, now when I
    disengage the lock, I can't get on the internet.
    I have to
    restart my computer to get back on the internet.
    I don't see anything about this in the forums.
    Is anyone else having this issue and/or can assist in resolving this?
    I'm on IE7.

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite
