I had a problem with ZA which required an uninstall. After re-installing from a download
the programme would not accept a valid (and validated) key.

I was rather horrified to discover, while trying to get support for this problem, that
effectively there is no support other than via the forum. If I had known this I would not
have purchased ZA. The Live Chat support option is permanently unreachable.

Furthermore ZA's UK site does not provide an address and telephone number as required
by law.

How do I get EMail or local telephone support?
