Thread: Installation error

    Default Installation error

    Hello,
    I have a new Acer Aspire 4920 with Vista Home premium SP1.
    I tried to install ZASuite and it failed.
    On start up it says, "ZoneAlarm Client has stopped working".
    It then gives me the options to close the program or check on line for a solution.
    I then tried to uninstall Zone Alarm security Suite and I get an error message that says, "TrueVector Service has stopped working" with the same options to close the program or check online for a solution.
    I cannot connect to the internet over wireless or thorugh a direct connection using an ethernet cable.
    I downloaded McAfee stinger and it failed to find any viruses.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I uninstalled the Acer edata Security Management but that did not fix it.
    Here is a list of the details when i try to uninstall ZoneAlarm security suite.
