I've been running ZA for about 10 years now, and this is my first major headache with it.
It always ran great until this version 8 install problem and the subsequent uninstall.
I can't reinstall ZASS version 7 or 8 on my Dell Inspiron 9300 w/XP Pro.
After the long shutdown hang times with 8.0.59, I uninstalled it
using the suggested procedure here:

I run
zaSuiteSetup 70 483 000 en.exe from my desktop and I
get the following response:
An Initilizing window, then an error report window that states, "ZASS-1043-English has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniance."
"Would you like to send this report to Microsoft?"
I clicked on the Debug feature on the error window, no help.

I clicked on the Error Report and got:

I even tried uninstalling XP SP3 and reinstalling ZASS with SP2, but no help.
I reinstalled SP3, no change.
I have no background security scan program running, matter of fact I have no Anti-virus now, and all I have is the Windows XP firewall.
I consider my notebook not useable now until ZASS is reinstalled.
Could
some ZASS guru
provide me with a
suggested fix?
