Default Renew Subscription on Win2K Pro

Have been using Zone Alarm Security Suite on Win2K Pro for 2 years and all has worked well. I am on 7.0.483.000

When I display Anti-virus/Anti-spyware it says I have 11 days to renew.

I click on Renew and go to page
    http://www.zonealarm.com/security/re...mp;licenseKey=....

Click on Renew Now button and get error message:

Errors Occurred! Correct displayed errors and try again, please.

    I see no errors listed.

Do I have to upgrade to XP to renew my subscription ?
There is no way I can get XP installed in the next 11 days.

    Operating System:Windows 2000 Pro
    Software Version:7.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

I am going in circles. I contacted customer support via e-mail. They told me to do a chat with customer support which I did.

The cs rep on the chat told me the license key I was trying to renew has never been activated even though I have been running on it for almost a year. He said that he could not help me and that I need to e-mail tech support.

I cannot find an email address for tech support.
