    Hi,

    Welcome to the Forum!

SOLUTION - I get an invalid Win32 application error

You Have an incomplete or Corrupted Download.

    This is sometimes caused by:

1.) Using a Download Manager program to excelerate the Download.. (MS IE7 gives Better Downloads)

2.) Lots of other Programs running in the background, Playing Music or Games during the Download)

3.) Poor Internet Connection or downloading large files over a Dialup Connection..

    Try downloading the file again..

Here is a Direct link to the ZASS Downloads..

Thank you Sly. I have been using dial up. Will be switching to comcast high speed in a few days. Will try to update then. Do you see any problems that I might run into by switching to high speed. i.e. comapatability?

The problem with the file is not a valid win32 application. Install file is Corrupted. You need to Delete that file and Run a FREE Cleanup Utility called CCLEANER.EXE from www.ccleaner.com then Download a Fresh copy of ZASuite Setup_80_059_000_en.exe preferably with IE7, and not any download manager or excelerator program as that may be what caused your corrupted download.

In other words Turn Off any Download Manager or Excelerator Programs you have installed, then download ZA. Once installed and everything is up and running, turn your Download Manager or Excelerator Programs back on.
