Well, I hope someone here can help me. I've been using Zonealarm for a while and I just renewed
my Zonealarm, downloaded the software and did a Clean Install. Well, I did get a new License
and although I've entered it it didn't seem to extend the life of my Zonealarm, and the reason
is that the new license is the same as the old license.
Yes, I've got confirmation from Zonealarm that my purchase went through and in the
confirmation Email they also provided me with the new license which is the same as
the old one. I have contacted CustomerCare i.e. replied to the Email they sent me
so if that's the correct Email Address fine, but if not and someone can point me to
a more appropriate one that would be appreciated. Thanks...
So anyone have some suggestions.
