    Default Renewal of ZONEALARM

Well, I hope someone here can help me. I've been using Zonealarm for a while and I just renewed
my Zonealarm, downloaded the software and did a Clean Install. Well, I did get a new License
and although I've entered it it didn't seem to extend the life of my Zonealarm, and the reason
is that the new license is the same as the old license.

Yes, I've got confirmation from Zonealarm that my purchase went through and in the
confirmation Email they also provided me with the new license which is the same as
the old one. I have contacted CustomerCare i.e. replied to the Email they sent me
so if that's the correct Email Address fine, but if not and someone can point me to
a more appropriate one that would be appreciated. Thanks...

    So anyone have some suggestions.

    Thanks..../Phil

P.S. Happy Holidays to one and all

    Operating System:Windows XP Home Edition
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Pro

HI!yes, its normal. The license life is extended remotely.Once ZA will connect to the ZA servers it will update the license information into your ZA.If not, than your system is blocking ZA to connect to ZA servers. Malware?Cheers,Fax

that it will expire in 363 days.
