Default BSOD 0xF4 when Ver 8 of the Internet suite installed.

Any one else experience this?I am running Win XP Pro sp3MS states that 0xF4 is a CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATIONHad installed it and when I tried to perform a virus/spyware scan I got the Suspicious Behaviour application for SCANNINGPROCESS (my caps)I did the /clean /rmlicense uninstall and reinstalled it and got BSOD when it rebooted.
Used Safe Mode to remove it.I am running v7.0.493.000 now and no BSOD but no antivirus/spyware protection.
Is there a diagnostic tool in ZA that I can turn on that will tell you what object you should not have terminated?
And why the Suspicious Behaviour message?
I am not in the mood to do another system install.
    Regards,
