    Default Upgrade installation

    I have updated Zone alarm on my Acer Vista laptop but encountered problems. The update process aborted itself part way through and now I get a message box at startup from microsoft windows
    saying "True Vector Service stopped working and was closed"
    and also when I run mouse across the zone alarm icon I get a message saying "Protection is up UI is initialising" This does not change and I am unable to get into Zone Alarm by clicking onto it. What should i do next?

    Operating System:Windows Vista Home Premium
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm (Free)
