    Default Problem Installing ZA Internet Security Suite

    Ok, here's what's been happening... At first, the download and installation process got stuck, so I removed my previous anti-virus software. Then I tried again. It went further than before, but still had some annoying pop up window with an error saying the connection to the (I forget what) server was lost or something similar and that it needed to close. I would click ok, the ZA install would still be running and the window would keep coming up no matter how many times I clicked OK. Now, the Z icon shows up in my system tray and in my Start menu, but when I double click it to open it, nothing happens. I've tried to install it again several times...and at first, it would go through that process again and give me the error window, but now, nothing happens at all! What the heck is going on?
    I'm running Windows XP on a broadband connection to the net.
    Can someone help me figure this out? I really don't want to pay nearly $3.00 a minute by calling the phone number.

    It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country,
    without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..
    If you would Describe your Computer Setup/OS and Version of Zone Alarm that you are having a problem with
    and what difficulty you are having, and what Previous Version of ZA and Norton, McAfee or other Security programs that you have installed,
    there are several knowledgeable Volunteer Participants willing to help you try solving your problem with Zone Alarm..Please provide as much detail and error messages etc. that you see on your ComputerMonitor. 1.)
