I recently upgraded from version 7 to version 8 of ZA Security Suite. The problem I am having is the upgraded ZA is present in the admin account. However ZA SS does not show up in the user account. An error message opens that states "ZA client has encountered a problem and needs to close". Upon clicking ok, window closes, no ZA SS icon in tray. Appears ZA SS is not active for the user account. Logged off the user account, logged on the admin account, ZA SS is active. It appears that the user account is unprotected and the admin account is protected by ZA SS. Operating system is XP SP2. Internet connectivity is unaffected on both accounts. Have un-installed and re-installed ZA SS Version 8. Problem still exists. Have un-installed version 8 and reinstalled version 7. Problem still exists. Created a new user account, thinking profile corrupted in first user account. Problem still exists. Tried system restore. Problem still exists. Why is this occurring? Is there a fix?
