    Default zone alarm security suite update

    I am trying to update zone alarm security suite 8.0

    I have downloaded the update file 3 times, none of the files will open correctly, they get to 5% and stall, I have waited up to 2 hrs and the files do not open. The file is zasuitesetup_80_298_00.exe

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro x64
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

    I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said I had exactly the same problem.
    I have the same symptoms, but I am running a 32-bit processor and have a genuine version of Windows XP Pro with SP3 upgrade.

    That is why it is Preferred that you Start your own Help Request Trend..
    as a matter of Curtsey and to provide the Best solution to each Users problem
    , the Guideline Rules,ask each User to

    Please start their own thread. And start only 1 thread for each problem.
    This insures that each User receives a solution specific to their on Problem,When other user like yourself interject your own problem into the discussion of somebody else's problem, any advice or solution to your problem would confuse and may conflict with the solution to the Originating Users problem..
