Default Vista 64-bit + ZAX - Zonealarm antispyware out of date

I've just recently migrated to Zone Alarm Extreme Suite and I've also migrated to Vista Ultimate 64 bit.
This is a clean system just installed the other day.
So its purely just Vista + all the Vista updates as of this date.
So I installed ZAX on top of this.
A few times now after booting my system and using Vista for about 10 minutes, the Vista security centre pops up with a warning that my Zonealarm anti-spyware is out of date when it isn't.
Usually I need to shut down Zonealarm and restart it, or just reboot and this warning seems to go away.
Anyone else see issues like this ?
I've also migrated my WinXP 32-bit to ZAX and it does not have these kind of issues (yet).

    Operating System:Windows Vista 64 bit
    Software Version:7.1 (Vista)
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Extreme Security

Hi!try to remove ZAX with /clean switch cross check that no ZA folders are left on yoru system as inidcated here:http://www2.nohold.net/noHoldCust542...n_install.htmlBefore reinstalling check the VISTA security center that no other tools than windows defender are listed as active. Run this utility (run as administrator)http://my.opera.com/rejzor/blog/secu...t-1-0-releasedTo be sure yourVISTA security center is cleanThen reinstall ZAXCheers,Fax

I gave this another go to no avail, even tried restoring my bare Vista-64 image and re-installing ZAX from scratch.
It looks like whenever an update check occurs it reports back that anti-spyware is out of date.
For example, I can do a manual update of Virus/Anti-Spyware and it will report on systray that Anti-spyware is out of date right after the check finishes.
I've tried this on Vista-32 and it has no issues.

Hi!very strange the'out of date' in ZA is only for AV/AS (together). Is it really reporting ZA antispyware out of date or a generic message? Is your windows defender up to date?Cheers,Fax
