My ZoneAlarn Internet Security Suite told me a new update was available so I logged onto my Admin id and downloaded the update.
I executed the download to do the install and it told me that it was unable to connect to Tru Vector to shut it down and said I should use Services to this this myself.
When I tried I discovered that when I right click the service I do not have access to stop/start etc...
What is wrong and how to do I fix it?
