Default IE Favorites Issues after install

I just renewed and upgraded to Extreme Security.
    apparently I did something wrong.
When I use a link in the Favorites in IE, it works great the first time, but when I try that link a second time it will not work as it has been converted from a URL to a C: drive reference giving the location of the Favorites file.
    What did I do wrong?

    Operating System:Windows Vista Home Premium
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Extreme Security

Default Re: IE Favorites Issues after install

I have had the same problem.
When I went to my Favorites folder in Windows Explorer and double-clicked one of the affected Favorites, I received the message "The target "" of this Internet shortcut is not valid."
It looks to me like ForceField is erasing the URLs out of the Favorites entries when you use them.
I turned off ForceField in the ZoneAlarm control panel, and the problem seems to have stopped, although the corrupted Favorites have not returned to their prior state.
Any help from ZoneAlarm tech support would be appreciated.
This issue has made ForceField unusable for me.
    My system:
Pentium dual core 4MB, Windows XP Home Edition v. 5.1 sp 3
    (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236), Internet Explorer v. 7.0.5730.13
Product: ZoneAlarm Extreme Security v., with ForceField v.
