    Default I can not update to zaSuiteSetup_80_298_035_en.exe

    Hi,
    When I try to execute zaSuiteSetup_80_298_035_en.exe I get an unexpected exception 0xc0000477 in direction 0x7858c955 when executes GLB36.tmp.
    What I can do?
    I had all the programs closed. Windowsx XP home SP3 updated. My ZA current version is 8.0.059.000
    I have try to do it with ZA uninstalled and
    the same problem happened. I reinstal
    led 8.0.059.000 version.

    If you have a Currupted Za Install Try this to Clean the Corrption and be able to do a Clean install....This applies to

    All ZoneAlarm products
    Windows 2000/XP

    Summary

    I need to completely remove ZoneAlarm, or there are remnants of
    ZoneAlarm on my system

    Solution

    If possible, first try to uninstall ZoneAlarm normally from your Start ->
    Programs -> ZoneAlarm menu. If this fails, or you want to ensure that all
    ZoneAlarm files were removed from the system properly, continue with the
    steps below.

    Then to Reinstall ZASS The simplest procedure is to :1.Download the Latestinstallerpreferably with IE Browserand no Download Manager/accelerator like Get-Right, Livewire) (MultiPlatform,installer will install on Both WinXP and Vista)ZASS http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...seHistory.html2. On your current ZA, UNcheck "Load ZA... at startup" (under Overview --> Preferences tab)3. Reboot the Computer. So that vsmon.exe/TrueVector will be removed from Memory4.Install the new update (clean or upgrade) and Accept the default Setting, Auto-Learn Mode and Choose Trusted Zone, not Internet Zone..NOTICE:Please note that ZASS and ZAXdo not play nice with many overlapping security tools (even if disabled). To troubleshoot ZASS/ZAX issues remove them and install them back once you see that ZA works as it should. For example,Norton/Symantec, McAfee,Spyspweeper, Spyware Doctor, trojan hunter, adware, SpyBotS&D, PC tools Threat Fire, any otherAnti-virus, Anti-spyware, Registry Guard or locking tools, etc...--------------------------------------------------------

    I did it, step by step, but, I've the same problem with 8.298 and 8.298.035, so I've reinstalled 8.059 :robotsad:
