Hi!you just turn back items by group of 4. First services and then startup items up to when you find the culprit.Cheers,Fax

Hi!there is no reason that 35 works better than 00 or viceversa.. they are largely identical.May be an invasion of gremlins in your system? Cheers,Fax

I uninstalled .035 and reinstalled .000 last night myself.

I have had almost a dozen complete lockups that required physical power interruption to reboot since installing .035.

Prior to installing .035 there were zero of these events. I will watch it for a day or so now that I am back on .000 to see if it happens or not.

Since the backout to .000 was so easy I figure it is a repeatable process, so I uninstalled .000 and reinstalled .035.

Perhaps the first install did not go well?

Actually, I do not think so. I am unable to quantify it as of yet, but there is something wrong with this update on Vista.
