    Default Renewal

    Good day all
    My subscription is about to expire so I completed the process via PayPal.
    Everything seemed to go smoothly - well at least PayPal acknowledged payment.
    The message I received from ZA told me to install the new License Key.
    This key is exactly the same as I already have, except that it is in upper case.
    Support and Update information tells me that my
    product update service
    expires in 6 days.
    Registration says that the Registration of this
    copy of ZoneAlarm Security
    Suite is pending
    So do I enter the old registration code in upper case or will there be another message from ZA arrive before my security suite expires?
    I don't recall having a problem with my last renewal but I have reached the age
    at which my
    memory doesn't always work as it should!!

    Hi!yes, its normal, days are updated remotely on the ZA server.The license is the same...Just wait some days in order for ZA to connect to the ZA license server.If you block ZA servers you will not be able to update.Cheers,Fax

    Thanks for the speedy and reassuring reply to my question.
    I haven't knowingly set anything to block ZA Servers. Do I need to check this?

    I did a reboot of my system on the off chance and things changed as you predicted.
    Now have another 365 days protection.
